1. 1. Before the construction of the steel structure, all prefabricated components should be inspected, such as the number of components, length, vertical angle, the middle size of the screw hole at the assembly connection point, etc., to see if they meet the design points; Make corrections on the ground and handle them properly.

2. Steel beams and foundations are generally connected by embedded bolts. Therefore, before assembling steel beams in the steel structure, it is necessary to check the size of the anchor bolts of the concrete columns, the length of the exposed basic surface, whether the design elevation of the top of the base meets the design points, and whether the concrete Whether the thread of the stud is damaged (generally, effective measures are taken during foundation construction).

3. When hoisting the steel structure, appropriate measures should be taken to avoid excessive bending and torsion deformation, and the corresponding contact position between the rope joint and the component should be padded with a backing plate to prevent the prefabricated component from being scratched.

4. After the steel frame structure is hoisted in place, it is necessary to fasten the rubber bearings and other connected prefabricated components in time to ensure the stability of the structure.

5. The hoisting of the entire upper structure can only be carried out after the next layer is in place and the components of the fixed support points are calibrated.

6. According to the hoisting and hoisting level of the on-site assembly machinery, the road surface is assembled into relatively large installation equipment, thereby reducing the workload of high-altitude operations.
