Therefore, during welding, if the welding temperature is high, the weld seam will be overheated and perforated. When a certain amount of CaF2 and SiO2 are contained, a large amount of H2 will be reacted and absorbed, and HF with high stability and insoluble in liquid metal will be generated. Prevent the formation of hydrogen pores; the forming coefficient of the weld is too small, the shape of the weld is narrow and deep, the gas and inclusions are not easy to float out, and it is easy to form pores and slag inclusions; rust and burrs should be removed on the edge of the straight seam welded steel plate device to reduce the possibility of porosity.
Welding temperature is a key parameter that affects the quality of the weld. The position of cleaning device is best installed behind the edge milling machine and the disc cutter.
