How is the difference between galvanized pipe and galvanized strip pipe reflected?

1. Galvanized pipe structure: Galvanized pipe has adjusted the production process of hot-dip galvanized pipe. First pickle the strip steel used for pipe making, in order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the strip steel, after pickling, wash it in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then into the hot-dip coating tank. It is then air-dried and made into tubes. The coating is uniform and bright, and the amount of galvanizing is very small, which is lower than the cost of producing hot-dip galvanized pipes. Its corrosion resistance is slightly worse than that of hot-dip galvanized pipe!

2. Hot-dip galvanized pipe structure: hot-dip galvanized pipe is to make the molten metal react with the iron substrate to produce an alloy layer so that the substrate and the coating are combined. First pickle the steel pipe, in order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after pickling, wash it in the ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or the mixed aqueous solution tank of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then send it to the hot dip coating tank middle. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion, and long service life. The hot-dip galvanized steel pipe substrate undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions with the molten plating solution to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a tight structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe substrate. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.

3. The difference between galvanized strip pipe and hot-dip galvanized pipe:

Galvanized belt pipe:

(1) The color of the galvanized pipe is a bit blue, and the weight is 6 meters long and 5.5 kg (the corrosion resistance is stronger and the service life is shorter than that of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, and the price is low and economical).

(2) The galvanized strip pipe is shiny white and reflective, with few snowflakes, and the two ports are clean and free of zinc warts.

Hot-dip galvanized pipe:

(1) The color of the hot-dip galvanized pipe is a bit whitish, and the weight: is 6 meters long and 6.5 kg (strong corrosion resistance, long service life, slightly higher price).

(2) The hot-dip galvanized pipe is snow-white but not shiny or reflective. There are many snowflakes on the surface, and there are zinc nodules (coagulated zinc) at both ends.
