(1) Compression
Insert the square tube into the nozzle, fasten it with a nut, and use the screw force to compress the casing at the nozzle part through the sealing ring to play a sealing role and complete the connection of the square tube.
(2) Quick connect flange type
Ring-shaped argon arc welding is carried out on the flange and the matching, and the gasket between the flanges is compressed with a quick clamp to play a sealing role to complete the matching connection.
(3) Limit compression type
The rectangular tube adopts a flanging or port welding ring, and the connection method is a union or semi-union connection. After compressing the limit seal of the rubber sealing ring by 20%-30%, it enters the metal sealing groove and uses the limit seal to protect the sealing element. Joints can be copper or carbon steel.
(4) Heat shrinkable
Since the welding point cannot be handled at the construction site, a heat-shrinkable pipe fitting is used as a supplementary seal. A rubber welding sleeve is put on the welding point of the square tube, and then a layer of special cross-linked polyethylene sleeve is covered, which shrinks under the action of heat. So as to achieve a shrinkage seal.
(5) Union flange
Turn the traditional flange into a joint flange, the square tube port is flanged or welded, the ring is embedded in the groove, the sealing rubber is placed in the groove, and the sealing element is protected by the method of limit compression.
(6) Welding type
Annular argon-arc welding is performed on the socket-type rectangular tube and the matching, which acts as a seal and completes the matching connection.
(7) Taper thread type
The outer threaded sleeve and matching are ring-shaped argon arc welding, and the inner threaded square tube is connected by a taper to seal and the matching connection is completed.
