Spiral welded pipe: It is made by rolling low-carbon carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel strips into pipe blanks at a certain spiral angle (called forming angle), and then welding the pipe seams. It can be made of narrower pipes. Strip steel produces large-diameter steel pipes. The specifications of the spiral welded pipe are expressed by outer diameter * wall thickness. The welded pipe should ensure that the hydraulic pressure test, the tensile strength, and the cold bending performance of the weld meet the regulations.
Magnetic particle flaw detector: detects near-surface defects in large-diameter steel pipes.
Ultrasonic automatic continuous flaw detector: detects horizontal and vertical defects in the full-length weld of spiral steel pipes.
Ultrasonic manual flaw detector: re-inspection of large-diameter steel pipe defects, inspection of repair welds, and weld quality after hydraulic pressure.
X-ray automatic flaw detector and industrial television imaging equipment: Inspect the internal quality of the full-length weld of spiral steel pipes, with a sensitivity of not less than 4%.
X-ray filming equipment: Inspect original welds and repair welds, with a sensitivity of not less than 2%.
2,200-ton hydraulic press and microcomputer automatic recording system: inspect the pressure-bearing quality of each large-diameter steel pipe.
