Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., established in March 2002, is the biggest manufacturer specializing in  ERW square&rectangular tube/pipe, hollow section structure pipe, galvanized pipe and spiral welding pipe in China. Annual output reaches 5 million tons.Yuantai Derun has 59 production lines of black ERW pipe, 10 production lines of galvanized pipe and 3 production lines of spiral welding pipe. Square pipe from 20*20*1mm to 500*500*40mm, rectangular pipe from 20*30*1.2mm to 400*600*40mm,  welded pipe from 2”—60” can be manufactured. Yuantai Derun can manufacture square rectangular pipes as per the standards of ASTM A500, JIS G3466, EN10219, DIN2240, BS1387, AS1163.

What is the difference between pre-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized?

Hot-dip galvanized: hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. Dip the thin steel plate into the molten zinc tank to make the thin steel plate with a layer of zinc adhered to its surface. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used for production, that is, the coiled steel plates are continuously dipped in a zinc-dissolved plating tank to make galvanized steel plates; due to their good anti-corrosion properties, hot-dip galvanizing is widely used in power towers and communication towers, railways, road protection, street light poles, marine components, building steel structure components, auxiliary facilities of substations, light industry, etc. 

Pre-plating: A method of depositing a metal film in a solution of a certain composition or under certain operating conditions to improve the bonding force between the subsequent coating and the substrate. Sometimes, during electroplating, the coating material is easily deposited on the surface of the substrate, resulting in loose coating and poor bonding force. The purpose of pre-plating is to pre-plate a transition layer with good bonding force on the surface of the substrate. Pre-Galvanized Sheet: Steel sheet whose surface is prepared to be galvanized. Galvanized steel sheet is to prevent the surface of the steel sheet from corrosion and prolong its service life. A layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of the steel sheet. This galvanized steel sheet is called galvanized sheet.
