Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., established in March 2002, is the biggest manufacturer specializing in  ERW square&rectangular tube/pipe, hollow section structure pipe, galvanized pipe and spiral welding pipe in China. Annual output reaches 5 million tons.Yuantai Derun has 59 production lines of black ERW pipe, 10 production lines of galvanized pipe and 3 production lines of spiral welding pipe. Square pipe from 20*20*1mm to 500*500*40mm, rectangular pipe from 20*30*1.2mm to 400*600*40mm,  welded pipe from 2”—60” can be manufactured. Yuantai Derun can manufacture square rectangular pipes as per the standards of ASTM A500, JIS G3466, EN10219, DIN2240, BS1387, AS1163.

1. Specifications for the installation of ZAM steel solar mounting structure foundations

After the pile foundation enters the site and before construction, its appearance and quality are inspected.

The position of the pile foundation should be stable, and there should be no problems with inclination and offset during the installation of the pile foundation.

Check the pressure, pile verticality, and penetration depth during pile pressing.

During the construction of the pile foundation, the pile body should be kept vertical and should not be loaded eccentrically.

The depth control scale should be set on the drilling tool for the drilling of the cast-in-situ pile, and observation records should be made during the construction.

During the construction of the pile foundation, the whole process of hole formation, slag removal, reinforcement cage placement, and concrete pouring should be inspected.

Concrete should be poured as soon as possible after passing the quality inspection of Guanzhu Specialized holes.

The inspection of the strength and bearing capacity of the pile foundation shall be carried out in different regions according to the principle of controlling the construction quality.


2. Specifications for the installation of roof zinc-aluminum-magnesium photovoltaic support foundation

The foundation construction of the roof zinc-aluminum-magnesium photovoltaic support should not damage the main structure and waterproof layer of the building.

The zinc-aluminum-magnesium photovoltaic support foundation of new buildings is suitable for construction together with the main structure.

When the steel structure is used as the foundation for the roof support, the roof waterproof construction should be completed before the construction of the steel structure, and the waterproof layer should not be damaged during the construction of the steel structure.

If it affects the original roof's waterproof structure, waterproof treatment should be carried out according to the original waterproof structure.

The steel structure in contact with the roof shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment.

The deviation of the roof foundation and embedded bolts of the zinc-aluminum-magnesium photovoltaic support should meet the regulations.
