What factors will affect the feeding accuracy of square rectangular tube?

In the production process of square rectangular tube, the feeding accuracy directly affects the accuracy and quality of formed products. Today we will introduce seven factors that affect the feeding accuracy of square rectangular tube:

(1) The center line of the feeding device and the center line of the stamping machine must be set on the same straight line. If it is not in a straight line, when the uncoiled material is sent to the mold, it will be inclined relative to the mold. The material guide inside the mold and the side guide of the feeding device will all have great resistance, which will greatly reduce the feeding efficiency and precision.

(2) The corrugated shape in the width direction of the coil must be small, and the wave swelling in the 2000mm length range in the width direction of the coil must also be below 2mm. As the plate thickness increases, the bulging will also increase. In severe cases, there will be more than 5mm bulging within the length of 2000mm. Such square tube materials cannot be fed.

(3) Compared with the coil with a very smooth surface, the friction coefficient between the square rectangular tube steel plate with a rough surface and the roller of the feeding device is higher, so the feeding accuracy will be improved accordingly. It should be noted that when the rough surface rolled steel plate is cold rolled and extended, very fine unevenness will be formed on the surface of the material. These rough surfaces will cause rolling oil residues and are also convenient for deep drawing.

(4) The backlash of gears driving the feeding rollers is relatively small, and the servo motor driving the feeding rollers can be flexibly and moderately accelerated and decelerated.

(5) The rolling oil film also affects the accuracy of the rectangular tube. If the rolling oil is left for too long after rolling, the rolling oil will dry and solidify. When feeding, the material will slide with the feeding roller, making the feeding accuracy decline.

(6) When the coil is cut from a very wide material, there will be positive and negative errors in the amplitude of the material cut due to the accuracy and rigidity of the shearing device. When passing through the guide column of the mold, if the material is too narrow, a gap will be generated, and vibration will occur, which will reduce the accuracy of feeding. When passing through the guide column of the mold, if the material is too wide, it will be compressed and deformed, and the feeding accuracy will be seriously reduced.

(7) The square and rectangular tube coils are all rolled from very wide rolled steel plates. Relatively speaking, the accuracy near the middle is better. The two ends of the width direction are gradually thinning, and the accuracy of the thickness is obviously changed. Difference. At this time, coils with poor width accuracy will also affect feeding accuracy.
