From a process point of view, since galvanized strip pipe is galvanized before pipe making, the wall thickness of galvanized strip pipe of most domestic manufacturers is less than 2.5mm. There are two main principles of galvanizing for rust prevention: 1. Strip steel hot-dip galvanizing equipment can more accurately control the amount of metal zinc attached to the inner and outer surfaces of the strip steel. Common strip steel pipes generally use 40-60g/m2 galvanized strip steel as raw materials. The national standard requirement for the metal zinc attached to hot-dip galvanized steel pipes is generally 300g/m2. The weight of the zinc layer per square meter differs by nearly 10 times. Generally speaking, the higher the amount of zinc applied, the better the anti-corrosion performance and the more expensive the price.
