What are the uses of galvanized steel coils?

Galvanized coils are very important in our daily lives, such as construction, home appliances, automobiles, transportation, and household industries. The galvanized coil is a thin steel plate that is immersed in a molten zinc bath so that a layer of zinc adheres to the surface. Galvanized coils can be divided into hot-rolled galvanized coils and cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized coils. They are mainly used in construction, home appliances, automobiles, containers, transportation, and household industries. Especially industries such as steel structure construction, automobile manufacturing, and steel warehouse manufacturing. Demand from the construction industry and light industry is the main market for galvanized coils, accounting for about 30% of galvanized sheets. Also, judging from the consumption of galvanized steel sheets in the home appliance industry, air conditioners are the main product that consumes galvanized steel sheets. The back panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the back panel of the cabinet unit, the internal components, the casing, and the interior of the outdoor unit are all made of galvanized sheets. On average, an air conditioner consumes 22 kilograms of galvanized sheets. In addition, each washing machine consumes 8 kilograms of galvanized sheets and each refrigerator consumes 3 kilograms of galvanized sheets. The automobile industry is also a major industry in the consumption of galvanized coils, and its weight is much heavier than that of the home appliance industry.
