1. Transportation and stacking of steel pipe piles

Firstly, the steel pipe piles processed by a professional steel pipe pile manufacturer are directly transported to the construction site and are transported to the construction site in batches according to the construction progress of the site, so as to avoid the steel pipe piles from occupying the site. Steel pipe piles can be stacked in multiple layers according to the pile sinking sequence during transportation, and each layer of skids is located on the same vertical plane. The number of stacked layers of pipe piles should not exceed three layers to ensure safe stacking. In the process of hoisting, transporting, and storage of steel pipe piles, it is necessary to avoid damage to the deformation of the pipe body due to collisions and other reasons. Pay attention to checking the pipe joint welds again before the steel pipe piles are laid.

2. Steel pipe pile sinking

A 45KW vibratory hammer is used for the sinking of steel pipe piles, which can provide a rated vibration force of 45t, which can meet the requirements of this project. Lifting equipment adopts the 30t crane ship. After the crane ship is anchored and positioned, the gravity of the steel pipe pile is inserted into the covering layer first, and the upper part is tied to the side of the gondola with a cable. After the pile body has a certain stability, the steel pipe is clamped by the vibrating pile driver with the floating crane. Pile, start to vibrate the pile sinker to vibrate and sink the steel pipe pile into place. The steel pipe piles are sunk row by row, and the ship is moved to the other side after a row of piles has been sunk.

3. Attention should be paid to the sinking of steel pipe piles

The center of the vibrating hammer and the center axis of the pile should be kept on the same straight line as much as possible; the sinking of each pile should be continuous, and it should not stop for too long in the middle, so as not to restore the frictional resistance of the soil and continue to descend. Strengthen observation during the sinking process, the deviation of steel pipe piles shall not exceed 10 cm, and the verticality shall not be less than 0.1%.

4. Steel platform erection

After the steel pipe piles are laid down, the section steel layout of the drilling platform is started, and the specific steps are as follows:

Each steel pipe pile opens at an appropriate position along the water flow, cut flat the steel pipe pile head, install the spliced I45 I-beam beam, spot weld with the steel pipe pile (opening) wall → pour C15 concrete at each steel pipe pile head, so that The I45 beam is embedded in the pile head → install the I36 I-beam distribution longitudinal beam, and weld it with the I45 beam (set stiffening plate) → lay δ=10mm thick steel plate on the "well" beam, and add safety railings.

5. At the beginning of the platform construction, set up safety signs, hang red light warning signs at night and other guiding signs, and install steel pipe pile anti-collision piers for safety.
