1. Application of seamless steel pipe
1. Polishing of seamless steel tube mouth: After cutting, use an angle grinder to polish the plastic layer of the pipe mouth. The purpose is to avoid melting or even burning the plastic layer during flange welding and damaging the pipeline. Grind the nozzle plastic layer with an angle grinder.
2. Plastic coating treatment of seamless steel pipe: After polishing, heat the outside of the pipe on the nozzle with oxygen and C2H2, and heat until the inner plastic layer part melts, and then the skilled worker will evenly apply the prepared plastic powder on the nozzle. Care should be taken to apply it in place, and the plastic coating on the flange should be applied above the waterline. During this process, the heating temperature should be strictly controlled. If the temperature is too high, air bubbles will appear during the glue application process. If the temperature is too low, the plastic powder will not completely melt during the glue application process.
3. Seamless steel pipe cutting: According to the actual length of the pipe required, the pipe should be cut with a metal saw or a toothless saw. When using water welding in the cutting process, the raw materials must be protected. When cutting, fireproof and heat-resistant materials should be used as baffles at both ends of the fracture to catch the sparks falling during cutting and protect the original plastic layer of raw materials.
4. Seamless steel pipe connection: After the forming is completed, connect the steel pipe to the pipe fittings. During the connection process, add rubber pads between the flanges, and tighten the bolts until they are sealed.
