Producing right angle tube requires a series of process steps, including material preparation, cutting, bending, welding, straightening, pickling, coating and cutting to the required length. The following is the general production process:
Material preparation: First, you need to prepare the required steel or other suitable materials. These materials are usually steel plates or coils and can be carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
Cutting: Steel is typically cut to the required width and length using a cutting machine. This can be done using equipment such as wire cutters, flame cutters, laser cutters, etc.
Bending: The cut material needs to be bent through a bending machine to form a right angle. This often requires precise craftsmanship and mechanical operations.
Welding: Joining curved pieces of material together through a welding process to form rectangular or square tubes. Common welding methods include arc welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, etc.
Straightening: The welded pipe may have some deformation, which needs to be corrected by a straightening machine to ensure the precise shape and size of the pipe.
Pickling: In order to remove the oxides and impurities produced by welding, the pipe is usually exposed to a pickling solution and then cleaned and rinsed.
Coatings: As needed, an anti-corrosion or lubricating layer can be applied to the pipe to extend its service life.
Cut to desired length: Finally, the pipe can be cut to the desired length as needed.
The entire production process requires high-precision equipment and technology to ensure the quality and accuracy of right angle tube. At the same time, relevant safety standards and quality control processes need to be followed to ensure that the products produced comply with specifications and standards.
