Detailed explanation of construction technology of wharf steel pipe piles
1. Production of pile body
(1) Material preparation: Use pipe to make the pile body, and select the appropriate type of pipe according to the design size.
(2)Dimensional inspection: Conduct dimensional inspection of purchased pipes, including outer diameter, wall thickness, length, and other indicators.
(3) Cutting: According to the design requirements, cut the pipe according to the length requirements to ensure consistent accuracy and size.
(4)Shrinking processing: Shrinking processing is performed on the end of the pipe to connect the prefabricated pile head.
2. Prefabricated pile head
(1) Design and production: According to the design requirements, prefabricated pile heads suitable for steel pipe piles are produced.
(2) Material preparation: The prefabricated pile head material is the same as the steel pipe pile material.
(3)Production process: cutting prefabricated pile head plates - processing and shaping - drilling - wire cutting
3. Drive
(1) Determine the construction plan: Determine the driving plan and sequence according to the site geology, environmental conditions, and design requirements.
(2)Prepare equipment: Select appropriate driving machinery and tools to ensure driving efficiency and quality.
(3)Construction process: Place the steel pipe pile vertically, install the prefabricated pile head at the top of the pile according to the pretreatment length and design requirements, and use driving machinery to drive the steel pipe pile deep into the ground.
4. Welding
(1) Construction plan: Determine the welding plan and time according to the design requirements.
(2)Welding quality assurance: Clean the steel pipe piles and prefabricated pile heads, and select appropriate welding machines to ensure welding quality and strength.
(3)Testing: Test the welded steel pipe piles to ensure that the quality meets the design requirements.
